Our birth doulas offer unwavering emotional, physical, and informational support to both the birthing person and their partner. From pregnancy through labor, delivery, and into the postpartum period, we advocate for your needs and preferences, ensuring you feel empowered and cared for every step of the way.
Prenatal Support:
  • Always Here for You: Our team offers generous support via text and email, where we can chat about ways to nurture a healthy pregnancy and explore holistic wellness resources.
  • Lending Library: Feel free to borrow from our collection of books and equipment.
  • Community Resources: You are given access to a curated of referrals to other resources.
  • Prenatal Sessions: We can arrange cozy, two-hour sessions in your home to build trust, discuss your birth preferences, practice comfort measures, and prepare for postpartum life.
On-Call & Birth Support:
  • Backup Doula: To ensure you're always supported, a backup doula will be introduced to you via email, followed by a connection call before the on-call period begins.
  • On-Call at 38 Weeks: Starting at 38 weeks, your primary doula goes on-call for you. When labour begins, just give them a call and your doula will join you at home or the hospital. If they are unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, your backup doula will step in.
  • Golden Hour: After your little one(s) arrives, your doula will help make your "Golden Hours" special by ensuring your family is comfortable and well cared for.
Postpartum Support:
  • Daytime Visits: During daytime visits, your doula will get to know your unique situation and offer suggestions for your wellness, feeding support, and light housekeeping to help you settle into your new life.
The Essential Birth Doula Package, $1,500 + HST, includes:
- A consultation (always free)
- Generous text and email support
- Access to our collection of books and baby wraps/carriers
- One prenatal session for you to learn, plan and prepare for birth and the golden hours
- Continuous support throughout labour and delivery
- One 3 hour postpartum visit (Additional postpartum support offered at a reduced rate)
The Classic Birth Doula Package, $1,800 + HST, includes:
- A consultation (always free)
- Generous text and email support
- Access to our collection of books and baby wraps/carriers
- Two prenatal sessions for you to learn, plan and prepare for birth and postpartum
- Continuous support throughout labour and delivery
- A batch of (delicious) homemade lactation cookies
- Two 4 hour postpartum visits (Additional postpartum support offered at a reduced rate)
