Our private yoga classes offer a personalized experience to help you connect mind, body, and breath while also having the benefit of one-on-one support, and wisdom from your instructor (who is also an experienced doula)!

Choose from calming Yin, Gentle Flow, or Yang/Yin styles, all tailored to your preference and energy levels. Each session centers your comfort, and well-being, with modifications and guidance that reflect your unique journey.
