Wind Down Wednesdays
A 60-minute virtual yin yoga class designed to help you slow down and settle mid-week. Each class includes guided breathwork, meditation, and long-held yin poses to support deep rest and nervous system regulation. All levels are welcome. Modifications are offered, and the class is prenatal and postpartum friendly. This live virtual class held via Zoom. The link will be shared after registration. Private Yoga
Our private yoga classes offer a personalized experience to help you connect mind, body, and breath while also having the benefit of one-on-one support, and wisdom from your instructor (who is also an experienced doula)!
